Unfortunately I can’t give a MINUS star and thank goodness GOOGLE allow you to delete a prior 5* review 6 months ago when I bought the car in December 25 and spending my money. HOWEVER I LEARNT YESTERDAY THAT TO SELL IT BACK DUE TO A CHANGE IN CIRCUMSTANCES THAT THE EXPERIENCE IS THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE! Which was really distressing and disappointing. Initially I was told that I would have to pay to end the HP contract when I’d read the paperwork online before I couldn’t see it and asked to be shown it because I hadn’t been told by Mercedes and I only knew it applied to PCP. I was left at the table while the salesmen went and obtained the CORRECT information bringing a guy back whoo told me what I already knew but LOOKERS OF WOLVERHAMPTON TRUE NATURE EMERGED GREED, GREED AND GREED. I bought the ACLASS sport 24 plate for £24K having a part exchange of just under £7,500. I had only done 2,370 miles since I had the car it’s in immaculate condition. I was then told the amount they would pay was just over £4k keeping £3,500 of my initial deposit and only doing 2,357 miles making it not much over 5,000 miles in total, I’m totally DISGUSTED. They requested I write a review requesting a 5* as it has such a big impact on dealership bonuses when I bought the car, I was stupid I did. I HOPE THEY APPRECIATE THIS ONE. I felt that I should feel grateful for the offer after I was told some fairy stories about people who weren’t so LUCKY. So here’s the lesson you can all learn. If you think there is going to be changes in circumstances and make need to resell car don’t buy Mercedes, especially not from LOOKERS WOLVERHAMPTON. Yes they have the right to make money but I’ve never met such a level ofGREED SHOWN AND THE DEALERSHIP OWNER WOULD HAVE KNOWN AFTER THE CONVERSATION THEY HAD. IT SAYS IT ALL WHEN YOU’RE OFFERED MORE ON AN ONLINE WEBSITE FOR THE CAR. I TRULY BELIEVE GOOGLE SHOULD DO MINUS STARS BECAUSE MONEY WOULD DEFINITELY BE AT LEAST -5* but the one will have to be suffice. DISGUSTING , I HOPE THIS REVIEW MAKES CUSTOMERS THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING BECAUSE NO-ONE KNOWS WHAT THE FUTURE HOLDS AND CIRCUMSTANCES CAN CHANGE SO QUICKLY AND I HOPE MERECEDES STORE RATING DROPS TO A RECORD LOW!! Very poor. Waste of time. Two full days bringing the car in with no progress. No staff on site. No update by phone. No diagnostics in on Saturday but booked in for diagnostics ? Waited around for nothing. Attitude from front desk staff, storming away in middle of conversations. Very unprofessional.

Had an issue with my R230 retractable roof. Had a very honest assessment from an engineer on the phone and he suggested non dealer specialists in Surrey instead after and initial onsite inspection. Honest, helpful and saved me a fortune. Just so nice and refreshing to come across good human beings at a main dealership. Bravo.

The customer service from Felix was top class from start to finish. My car was in for an oil change and a repair, and there was a mix-up with the collection date after I was given the wrong pickup date by the service team. Although this wasn’t Felix’s fault, he was the one who had to deal with the situation when I arrived. His professionalism, sincerity, and willingness to apologise and clearly explain what had happened were excellent. Felix also explained the ins and outs of the oil change when I enquired about the price I had been quoted which seemed high. When I returned the following day to collect my car, the showroom was very busy. Despite this, Felix noticed me almost immediately, acknowledged me, and let me know he would be with me shortly. The team seemed a little understaffed, and Felix was juggling multiple customers, including one who was being quite rude, yet he remained calm, courteous, and professional throughout. After dealing with these customers Felix walked me out to my car, talked me through the repair that had been carried out, checked in my courtesy car, and even took a few minutes to chat about some of the strengths of the older Audi models like mine. Overall, this is exactly the level of customer service I would expect from a premium brand like Audi. It’s people like Felix who give me the confidence to return for future servicing and, when the time comes, to purchase another car from Audi.
