Visited Lookers Volkswagen Battersea on 12/09/2026 for my VW ID.7’s first MOT. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Harriet Palmer was very welcoming, friendly and professional, and provided an excellent level of customer service. She made the whole process straightforward and was a pleasure to deal with. Michael Bourne carried out the MOT and Vehicle Health Check on my ID.7. Although I didn't meet Michael personally, I received a video of the Vehicle Health Check where he explained everything clearly and showed that the vehicle was in good health. The ID.7 passed its MOT with no advisories, which was great to see. A big thank you to Harriet and Michael for the excellent service. I really appreciate the professionalism and care shown throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend Lookers Volkswagen Battersea.

Very disappointing experience at Lookers Scotswood Road. I had paid for two services when I purchased my car earlier this year, but when I arrived for the service, I was told they were not showing on my account. I had to contact the Volkswagen garage where I originally purchased the car myself to help resolve this, rather than the two dealerships dealing with it between themselves. The collection was even more disappointing. I was left waiting for the key, then given the wrong key! When I went outside, I also discovered that my car had been left unlocked on the forecourt! I went back inside to raise this, but unfortunately received no apology. I then noticed that various settings in my car had been changed, including settings on the screen and my automatic lights being switched off. The car had also not been valeted I see others too are confused by. There were just too many small issues throughout the experience, and I felt that I was left to sort things out myself rather than being looked after as a customer. I had a genuinely positive experience when I originally purchased the car from Volkswagen Bristol, so I was particularly disappointed by the level of customer service at Scotswood Road. I would expect much better from a main dealer.

I had a fantastic experience with Audi Glasgow, especially dealing with Sif Ahmed. From start to finish, Sif was extremely helpful, professional and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. He always put my needs as a customer first and made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. I’m extremely happy with the service and my new car.
