Download the SEAT Connect App
2. Create your SEAT ID
- Add your vehicle to your Connect app profile
3. Link your vehicle to the App
- Sign into the vehicle using your SEAT ID
- Verify you own the vehicle to become the 'Primary User'
4. Select SEAT Stockport as your preferred service partner and select your contact channel
5. Enable automatic service scheduling in the Connect app
- Authenticate your identity at SEAT Stockport
6. You are now ready to go

*Location services will require adequate signal so some features may not function in poor network coverage areas. Some features may require additional data use from car WiFi or your phone hotspot.
All software updates are covered under the CONNECT Safety and Service package which is covered for 10 years. If you have not enrolled or renewed your SEAT for twelve months, you will be prompted to renew your subscription for other CONNECT services such as Remote Access. Please note that this is not mandatory.
