The results are now in

Yesterday a team of two from Lookers smart took part in the Brighton Snowdogs Selfie Challenge all in aid of The Martlets Hospice.

13 teams all together signed up to take part in a 2-hour Selfie Challenge racing around the Snowdogs by the Sea trail on Wednesday 28 September – the sun was shining and the teams were ready and raring to go! In particular, the Lookers smart team who were being followed by marketing manager Jane Saunders in a smart car wrapped in the design of their Snowdog.

A few snaps were taken at dog 24 the Legal Beagle before the challenge commenced at 11 am on the dot. A loud and excited 10-second countdown kicked off the teams and away they ran in all different directions!

Teams included our very own Lookers smart, Griffith Smith Farrington Webb, Plus Accounting, Chartered Accountants, One Family, Austin Gray, Wilson Sandford, Royal Mail, iCrossing UK, Rendezvous Casino, Sealife Centre, North Laine Financial Management Limited and Hilton Sharp & Clarke Accountants.

A team of four from The Martlets and Griffith Smith Farrington Webb made their way to Brighton Pier and made themselves comfy at Horatios Bar, the finishing location ready to tally the selfies as they came in.

Teams started to arrive back thick and fast and all made it back by 1 pm ready to tuck into some tasty Fish & Chips as well as some much-needed refreshments.

Whilst tucking into some well-earned food the top 3 teams were announced…

Joint 3rd place we had Austin Gray and the Sealife Centre

2nd place it was Lookers Smart

And the winning team with 31 selfies was the guys from Royal Mail!

It was a close call for Lookers smart who only just missed out on the top spot by 3 points!

Congratulations to all the teams involved today who managed to raise over £3,000 for the Snowdogs by the Sea campaign.
