We rarely replace our cars and when it came to trading in the 11 year old Q3, I was dreading the experience. This was our first stop (we originally had a few planned) and we had a specific car in mind - AWD, PHEV, few years old and wow, there was the perfect car there on the forecourt. Tom Hunter from TSA was a superstar and made the test drive, buying and picking up a doddle. No hard sell, just supportive and helpful throughout responding to queries and emails efficiently. Very happy customers and would thoroughly recommend this dealership. Update 25/2/26. Unfortunately this purchase has no longer been positive. The quality check on this car was poor with respects to damage and cleaning. A rear light was broken, a bumper repair poor quality, some paint is flaking off a wheel arch and the fuel cap no longer opens. It is about to head back to the garage for the 2nd time in just over 2 weeks. Fortunately we are still within our 30 days money back period. Update 12/3/26. Car collected from the garage who were tasked with fixing a stuck fuel flap and repairing the paintwork which had flaked off the wheel arch plus some additional scrapes in the same place. When the fuel flap first failed. we were told to call Audi Assist who initially refused to see the car as it was in warranty. On calling the garage back, we were asked - why did you call Audi Assist rather than bringing the car back? Oh well. So I collect the car today and the damage which was missed in the multi-point five-start inspection (along with the broken rear light) was only partially repaired - see additional photo added today. No explanation as to why a body shop professional would not do the whole job, just a 'your car is ready for collection' and....'we have cleaned it'. I don't think we will go back for further work but will just write to Audi UK and ask whether this is the standard they aim for in their dealerships. I imagine the answer will be no. The car itself is nice but the dealership has now been relegated to a one star. Ironically, we were asked by 2 individuals when picking up the car to 'make sure we do a five star review'. Perhaps if those reponsible for ensuring an Audi Approved Used Car is high quality rather than chasing reviews, they'd get better reviews.
