AVOID - I want to say firstly how nice the reception team are, and the parts team are. I have had such rude and unsympathetic staff to deal with, constantly saying someone will get back to me and nobody ever does. Also have had showed up after being told my car was ready to learn that they only took direct bank transfer which meant that until my transfer went through there was nothing i could do, had this been explained before they said the car was ready i would not have shown up and waited an hour to be told ill have to come back in 2 days when the payment is complete. Never have i spent 7k in any shop to be treated so badly by staff, also know of friends who wanted to spend nearly 200k on two cars who went somewhere else because of rude staff.

After recently buying a nearly new Audi A5 avant from Wearside Audi, Olivia the salesperson made it so easy to get the deal done overseen by Sam, two months later the car had a warning light on the dashboard and needed an update on the software (due to a recall), I called into Wearside Audi and was greeted by Sam, he asked what the problem was, and when I told him he knew straight away what the problem was and apologisd, he told me the car would have to remain in the workshop until it was checked, he told me I would get a replacement car until mine was sorted, but there wasn't any available at that time, he got in touch with Audi UK and arranged a car to be delivered to my house, and in the time until it was delivered he arranged for me to use his personal company car, he couldn't apologise enough, with it being the Easter weekend and staff being on holiday, my car was in longer than normal, Sam was so apologetic for this ringing me regularly to keep me informed of the progress, then when it was ready he rang me straight away so I could collect it, on collection he met me still apologising and giving me a nice gift for the inconvenience, which was a very nice touch, Sam went above and beyond to sort the problem out, and was so polite, he made to problem much more easier to deal with. Sam is a credit to Wearside Audi and so professional in dealing with such issues, big thank you Sam, keep up the good work ðŸ‘
Outstanding customer service from Mercedes Benz Worcester. While in the area visiting family my car had a major fault with the braking system and the Service Team were absolutely brilliant in fitting me in at very short notice so that the fault could be diagnosed and put right immediately. This meant I was able to travel home safely in my car knowing the problem was resolved. I can’t not praise this garage highly enough - if I could give a 10 star rating I would.
We leased a brand new Cupra Born approximately two years ago and, unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. From early on, the vehicle developed a persistent clicking noise from the rear wheels during acceleration. Despite booking the car in for repairs on multiple occasions, the issue was never properly resolved. Over a period of more than 10 months, we were repeatedly given inconsistent and, at times, conflicting explanations as to why the repair could not be carried out — ranging from a lack of appropriate tools to staffing shortages. Most concerning is that the vehicle has now been with the dealership for over two months without any meaningful updates regarding progress or a completion date. Communication has been poor throughout, and even after escalating the matter to the Operations Manager, we received little clarity or reassurance. We were advised that the situation would be investigated, yet no follow-up was provided. This level of service is far below what we would expect from a dealership, particularly when dealing with a new vehicle under lease. As a result of the ongoing issues and lack of resolution, we have lost confidence entirely and have made the decision to cancel the lease. This has been a very frustrating experience, and unfortunately, it has left us unwilling to consider purchasing from Cupra again in the future. Prospective customers should be aware of the potential for poor aftersales support.
