Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is Lookers Motor Group Limited, 5 Etchells Road, West Temperley, Altrincham WA14 5XS.

2. The prize draw is open to Lookers Volkswagen Scotswood Road Service customers except existing or former employees of Lookers Motor Group Limited.

3. Customers booked for a service or MOT at Lookers Volkswagen Scotswood Road over the Easter period from 03/04/23 to 07/04/23 will be entered into this prize draw.

4. By entering this prize draw, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

6. Closing date for entry will be 17th April. After this date then no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.

7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

8. The entrant will be given a raffle ticket and supply their full name and email address.

9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice for due cause \as determined by the promoter at its sole discretion. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.

11. The prize is as follows: The customers next vehicle service free at Lookers Volkswagen Scotswood Road.

12. The free Service offer is valid for a year after issue.

13. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is non-transferable.

14. Winner will be chosen at random from all raffle tickets collect by the Promoter. 

15. The winner will be drawn at random on the afternoon of 17th April and contact by either telephone or email by Lookers Volkswagen Scotswood Road.

16. If the winner cannot be contacted and does not claim the prize, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England.

19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.

21. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any Social Network. You are providing your information to Lookers Motor Group Limited and not to any other party. The information provided will be

22. Lookers Motor Group Limited shall have the right at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
