The new Volkswagen Tayron is a refined, family-friendly SUV that bridges the gap between the Tiguan and Touareg. Available with either five or seven seats, it offers the versatility to suit all kinds of drivers, from growing families to those seeking space, comfort and a bold presence on the road. With a striking exterior design, advanced technology and multiple powertrain options, the Tayron is as adaptable as it is intelligent.
A trim for every lifestyle
The Tayron is available in a range of well-equipped trims. The entry-level Life trim comes with 18” Napoli alloy wheels, a rear-view camera, Park Assist Plus and LED headlamps with dynamic range control. The Match trim adds a panoramic sunroof, keyless entry and laminated privacy glass, offering more comfort and style for everyday driving.
The Elegance model includes upgraded 19” Catania alloys, area view cameras, heated and massaging front seats, and 30-colour ambient lighting for a more luxurious in-car experience. For those who want a sportier aesthetic, the R-Line features bold 20” Leeds alloys, R-Line styling details and sports front seats. Topping the range is the R-Line Edition, which combines athletic looks with premium features like illuminated door handles, memory function for Park Assist, and a panoramic roof as standard.
Dimensions that suit every need
In its five-seat configuration, the Tayron measures 4,792mm in length, 1,853mm in width (1,866mm for R-Line variants) and 1,666mm in height, offering a generous boot capacity of 705 litres. The seven-seat version shares the same overall dimensions but offers additional flexibility, with a boot space of 850 litres with the third row down and 345 litres with it in use.
