I’ve got 9 years’ experience working with Volkswagen, 7 years in Retail Sales and 2 years in the Fleet Business Centre. I enjoy working with the Local Business community and providing my customers with exceptional customer service and a stress free experience. I believe that Volkswagen has a model to suit everyone from Business owners and Company car drivers, to Personal customers, Volkswagen are a truly fantastic brand and it’s an honour to represent them.

I joined Newcastle Volkswagen in January 2018 as Local Business Development Manager having been in the industry since 2006.  I have an interest in electric vehicles and I’m looking forward to the arrival of the forthcoming Volkswagen ID electric range and what it can offer to the company car driver. I really enjoy building long standing relationships with customers and supporting them with their company car needs. 
In my spare time I like to get spend time in the great outdoors with my family.

I’ve worked for Volkswagen for 7 years in the Fleet Business Centre, progressing my way up from administrator to Fleet Manager. More recently, I have taken on a Divisional role, overseeing the Fleet Business Centres within Seat, Skoda and Kia as well as Volkswagen. I enjoy supporting my teams to deliver impeccable service for their respective Brands within the Local Business and Contract Hire arena.
