Multipoint Check

All required service work due within the next six months is completed for added peace of mind. You’ll also receive a copy of the inspection report when you collect your vehicle.

No‑Quibble Exchange

Every Approved Used Volkswagen comes with a 30‑day / 1,000‑mile no‑quibble exchange policy.

If you change your mind — whether the car isn’t quite right or simply doesn’t suit your needs — you may be able to exchange it for another vehicle of the same value (or higher, with the difference paid), provided it’s returned in the same condition and your supplying retailer has a suitable alternative in stock.

5 Days’ Complimentary Drive Away Insurance

Start enjoying your Approved Used Volkswagen from day one. Every model purchased through a Volkswagen Retailer comes with five days of complimentary Drive Away Insurance (subject to eligibility). This comprehensive cover ensures any repairs are carried out at a Volkswagen Approved Repairer using genuine Volkswagen parts and accessories, each backed by a two‑year warranty (excluding wear‑and‑tear items).

You’ll also receive an annual insurance quote with no additional questions, so you can continue enjoying the full benefits of Volkswagen Car Insurance.

EV Battery Health Check

Every electric vehicle in the Approved Used Volkswagen programme undergoes a comprehensive multi‑point inspection, including a detailed battery health assessment carried out by our Volkswagen‑trained technicians. You’ll receive a battery health certificate at handover, giving you full confidence in the vehicle’s current condition and capacity.

All fully electric Volkswagen models are protected by a manufacturer warranty covering battery degradation to 70% for up to 8 years or 100,000 miles from first registration (whichever comes first).
