I had a puncture in the rear tyre of my motorcyle as I arrived at Liverpool docks. The kindness of fellow passangers and motorcylust inflated my tyre so i could get onto and off the ferry in Belfast. A fellow biker recommended Charles Hurst as they have a dedicated motorcyle tyre fitting section and also told me to ask for Raymond. I arrived an Hour before opening. Staff on site provided free tea while I waited for them to open. My puncture was fixed and I was back on the road. Very reasonable price. Excellent service. Very experienced staff who clearly understand the specific needs of motorcycles.

Several years ago I went around the different dealerships ar Charles Hurst and most were dismissive and made me feel unwelcome. As soon as I went to Nissan, Shane made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to order me my exact car I wanted and have it delivered as soon as possiblefor a pending trip. This is why I went back to him this year to get my new car and yet again he went above and beyond. If you go to the Boucher store make sure you request an appointment with Shane and you won't be disappointed.
