Hi, me and my buddy’s arrived and we were so excited as one of our friends just passed and his dream car is a Leon actually. We just arrived and there was no salesperson to approach us or to speak to and we were just stood there like cowards for a good 5 minutes. This is unacceptable.
My VW Tiago had its 1st service 12 months ago, mileage was about 2000. I asked the staff to check the rust on the offside rear brake disc, about 22mm all round the outside of the disc. I collected the car and was advised to use it more. This year, the car went in for the annual service which included an oil change and general inspection. I also paid for a brake fluid change. The rust had not worn away after 2 years and 5600 miles. No mention was made of the rust on the brake disc. The inside of the disc could also be rusty if there is a misaligment problem. It seems to me that braking efficiency will be affected and contribute to an MOT failure. The three other discs look ok to me.
