Car bought Nov 2024. I remember feeling the sale process felt a bit rushed, and unfortunately issues with aftercare. When got car home, realised rear window wiper broken (not case when seen and test drove car, assume happened while getting car ready for me to collect). Decided to just sort myself and got replaced. Bought service plan, just had first service. On collecting car and driving home, noticed the rear window wiper looked damaged (again). Once got home, realised it was completely snapped with blade missing. Rung straight away to explain. Frustrating that this has now happened twice. Charles Hurst investigated and reviewed car next day - have ordered a replacement. Good that they are sorting. However, the service also advised getting new tyres. As this is first time changing tyres, have realised that there is no wheel locking nut. Car sold to me with no wheel locking nut. I feel like the car was rushed out and maybe if things had been reviewed properly, these issues may not have happened.
