My car went in last week and I was told that the problem had been sorted. Once home I realised that the problem hadn’t been sorted and is now worse. I phoned the call centre on Saturday and they couldn’t get through to the Stockport branch. I have phoned every day since and now their diary is down and apparently they are not accepting any phone calls. I really don’t know what’s going on, only that my car still needs to have their mistake rectified and nobody can contact the branch. Not brilliant customer service
Hi everyone, my experience was a disappointing one. In a few words, I wanted to purchase a used car from them but the whole process went wrong. Within a week I was notified that the car was in the workshop to be prepared for me, but surprise, the car was being used the whole time. At the next video the car had many scratches some dents and over a thousand extra miles. I was lied to that the car was in excellent condition. As a result, I canceled my order and requested a refund, which I'm still waiting for after more than two weeks. So be very careful what you get into with these scams. In conclusion, I had to open a claim with my bank to recover the money.It is possible that if you buy a new car you will be treated differently.
