Lookers Motor Group has officially unveiled a dramatically upgraded Mercedes-Benz dealership in Ashford following a £1.8 million investment.
Showcasing the new Mercedes-Benz retail concept to customers across Kent, the new showroom has been extensively developed to create a premium, digital-first and personalised environment, providing customers with enhanced contemporary consultation areas and improved facilities for both sales and aftersales services.
The latest investment underlines Lookers' ongoing commitment to delivering first-class customer service while supporting the continued growth of the Mercedes-Benz brand in the UK as its Ashford location now becomes its latest one-stop destination showcase for all-New GLB Electric, CLA Shooting Brake, and GLC Electric, alongside a display of AMG, prestige, and classic vehicles.
Last month, Lookers completed a major £2 million investment in its Worcester showroom which now includes relaxing, no-pressure lounge areas, digital concierge services, service drop-off zones and a new handover bay installation.
