This is my second review for Lookers Jaguar Aylesbury as i had to delete the first one as i got it totally wrong. Buying a Jaguar i pace from this Dealership has been the worst experience in my 35 years of buying a cars. Dealing with the salesman over the phone was a pleasure & even collection day went well. The only mistakes up to this point was a invoice mistake eg Trying to charge me money for petrol to fuel up car when its an electric car & the car not being fully charged like i asked for on collection. The car was for my sister , her first electric car & her first Jaguar. But things didn't go well even on the drive home from the dealership. The car would not charge i tried 5 different brands of chargers but no joy. It just say initialising but doesn't charge exactly what it said when i collected the car from Jaguar as it was on a charger but had failed to charge , i presumed at the time there charger was at fault , but how wrong i was. I also couldn't connect my phone on the journey back , Lucky the car had enough charge to make it home , were i called out Jaguar assist. He found it wouldn't charge but also found a second issue as it took him 15mins to open the charge flap. I went to my local Jaguar dealer the next day & booked it in for 5 issues / faults & informed the dealership were we had bought it from & told the salesman the issue around charging was there at collection he said no it wasn't as the car was checked & was charged there at some point. He asked to be kept updated to which we did , we waited 3 weeks for my local dealer to get the car in. We dropped the car off & they had it all day but was unable to do the work as the warranty company refused to authorise it. We have kept the dealer we bought the car off updated every step of the way. But guess what the warranty company are still refusing to authorise any repairs. The car is back in in just over 3 weeks but no repairs will be done if this isnt sorted out. The car now has 13 faults ranging from Not charging 75% of the time to every time it does charge a message pops up saying HV Battery fault detected & the drivers door handle stopped working. All these fault were found within 2 weeks of ownership & 80% of them in the first week. My sister will not drive very far as she is scared it will not charge plus with the Hv battery fault she is worried about the battery going on fire as a few i paces have gone on fire & she saw Jaguar advice about not parking them near your property. The dealership has done nothing & offered nothing just keep us informed. Id expect a lot more from a premium brand , The car was bought through JLR Website & at a Jaguar dealership so why dont they just sort it out between them selves who will pay after its repaired. Its shouldn't be the customers job to sort it out when the car has only just been bought , Id expect this off small back street garages not big names main dealers.

Poor communication, very poor organisation and service: they don't do what they promise: Aftersales blames Sales and they behave like Sales and Aftersales are not the same company: I was told by Aftersales "sales problem " and they did nothing to help.

I highly recommend Lookers in Buckinghamshire. They were extremely professional and transparent. Their process was organised and straight forward and they could not do enough to ensure I was happy with the vehicle I purchased and the process. I dealt with Gary Foxley who was very professional and friendly, keeping me fully informed at all times. He made the process stress free. I was unable to visit site to view the car, therefore Gary sent me a number of walk around video’s, pictures and all details. Following an easy transaction my new car was delivered in express time to my door via Terry, who called me to let me know when he estimated his arrival to be. My car arrived and was spotless and looked to be in showroom condition although it was not brand new. Terry showed me around the car and answered any questions and ensured I was happy. He even offered to get the car washed if I was ever passing their dealership. I received a follow up call from Gary to make sure all was well and I was happy. Which I was. Cannot thank the team at Lookers enough. If you want a professional honest service and fabulous car, ask for Gary Foxley.

I received exceptional customer service from the Service Advisor Wayne Hamilton from the start to the end of the successful repair of the fault on my F-Pace to my complete satisfaction. Wayne took his time to go through the whole process with me and explained vividly to me all I expected to know. He answered all questions I posed to my full understanding. During the time my vehicle was with Lookers Jaguar West London, Wayne kept me well informed of the progress of work every single day, even while they waited for the part ordered to come in. In summary, no stone was left unturned in the service delivery to me and I'll happily continue to use all aspects of services provided by Lookers Jaguar West London.

Booked an appointment for an interim service, was given the time 08.15, arrived slightly early dropped the car off, they didn't even begin working on it until after 3pm so didn't complete the service until the following day. When I use jaguar for my maintenance I expect a certain level of service which in this instance I didn't get, I missed two days off work to have a car serviced. Poor show.

Tried booking a multipoint inspection for extending my warranty and a very rude lady quoted me £600! The price throughout other dealers, based on forums, ranges from £250-350. They wouldn't budge and told me that's the price '£300 per hour labour, two hours labour = £600' within a 3 minute phone call she repeated that to me rudely 6 times! Spoke to two different people and they wouldn't budge on price and were instant that's the price. Booked the same inspection with Reading dealer for £250! This dealer is a joke, rude and super expensive! They even told me they charge London prices, even though they reside in Buckinghamshire and not London. I would strongly advice to avoid them and go slightly further afield for a cheaper and much more pleasant experience with staff.
