Genuinely the worst main dealer when it comes to parts they have you waiting for at least 20 to 30 minutes and then the poor receptionist lady has to do their job and make the parts people come out and serve you and when they do serve you its as if they cannot be bothered been there twice and almost have had to wait more than 1 hour. We have dealt with Terry over several years and remain impressed by his professionalism and strong work ethic, as well as his enthusiastic disposition. He is attentive to our concerns and always offers reassurance. Quite frankly, Terry is the reason we continue to use the Aylesbury branch. Kudos to him!

Sold a faulty car and left feeling bullied and intimidated by the staff. I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a used Jaguar from Lookers Jaguar Buckinghamshire. The problems began before I had even collected the car. Collection was delayed because the car required a new tyre and repairs to new paint damage. Just three months after purchasing the car, the engine had to be replaced. One day after receiving the car back, the AdBlue system also had to be replaced. When the car was returned to me again, the RAC had to be called because of a burning smell. There have also been numerous other problems, including: â€¢ Being overcharged by more than Â£700 in service fees â€¢ A fault with the DAB/radio system â€¢ A breakdown in Devon where I was unable to have the car recovered because the dealership had not registered my warranty, despite me emailing numerous times about this â€¢ A fault with the inlet manifold, resulting in a seven-week wait for the required part The overall result is that I have been paying for a car that I have not had the use of while it has spent extensive periods in repair at Lookers. I have also had to pay hundreds of pounds in recovery and car rental costs as a direct consequence of these problems. What has been particularly upsetting is how I have been treated when trying to resolve these issues. I have raised my concerns with numerous members of staff, but the experience has left me distressed. On occasions, I have been left in tears, and I now feel too anxious and intimidated to return to Lookers. I would strongly urge anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Lookers Jaguar Buckinghamshire to carefully consider my experience and make sure that any promises, warranty arrangements and costs are confirmed in writing.

Post sale support is non-existent. I'm not hearing back and I'm having to chase the team there for any kind of information. We bought our car in April. It's now been 3 months and we have not yet received our V5C! Delay caused because the previous owner had a private plate. An issue which any other dealer would be able to handle in, at most, a week. They don't bother to send holding emails, check in with any updates or make any effort to reach out and reassure us of the situation. Embarrassing for them.

Awful aftercare service at this garage, would give 0 starts if able. We took our Jaguar I-Pace in for a service and repair on the air conditioning, which was not working. The service was completed, and the technician found a crack in the air conditioning pipe. They told us that they would order the parts required and contact us to let us know when it can be booked in. What followed was three weeks of such poor customer service that it should be in the 'how not to do customer service' manual! We received no contact and had to call them on multiple occasions. Each time we were told no one was available and that we would get a call back that day, which never happened. We escalated this to the servicing manager, who still did not respond. We were left waiting on hold, hung up on, and totally ignored. If they were unable to complete the repair they should have just said and we would have looked elsewhere, a bit of honesty and curtesy goes along way. Eventually, we took the car to another dealer who were fantastic. Great way to lose business and reputation!

They are completely unprofessional... I called and waited 30 minutes, and just as I was about to give them my car's license plate number to schedule an appointment, they hung up... The day before, I had spoken to someone via their website who said the service center would call me back... but no one ever did... Is this how professionals behave? I was very well taken care of by the team. I was greeted by Rosie who gave an initial impression of the team. I was very well taken care of, to the extent, where Rosie managed to see and understand what my needs were and was able to accommodate accordingly. Please see photo attached :) Rosie is one of those individuals, who gives her heart to her role and went over and above. The rest of the team dealt with all my aftercare quite well. From Shad (who dealt with myself in the first diagnosis and did a good job in following up with a quicker appt, to Bryan and then handing it over to Lee, (all done under warranty, which helps). I felt very well taken care of. Thank you team.

I would not recommend Lookers Jaguar West London based on my experience. The customer service has been appalling, and the management has shown little interest in resolving ongoing issues. My vehicle has suffered its third engine fault within a year, yet I was still charged despite the car being within its first-year warranty. I took the car in to have the engine warning light investigated and repaired. Just two days after collecting it, the engine warning light came back on, suggesting the issue was never properly fixed. For a premium brand like Jaguar, I expected a much higher standard of service and professionalism. Instead, Iâ€™ve experienced repeated faults, poor communication, and a disappointing lack of customer care. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using Lookers Jaguar West London.
