Personal Contract Purchase - Terms & Conditions

Finance is based on a personal contract purchase. At the beginning of the contract the legal owner is the finance provider and at the end of the agreement there are 3 options: (i) Renew: Part exchange the vehicle (ii) Retain: Pay the Optional Final Payment to own the vehicle or (iii) Return the vehicle. Optional final payment not payable if you opt to return the vehicle at the end of the agreement (vehicle condition, excess mileage and other charges may be payable). You will not own the vehicle until all payments due are made. Credit is subject to status. This commission is payable to us by the lender (not you) but part of the interest charged to you under your credit agreement with the lender will pay them for their costs, including the commission they pay to us. Credit subject to status. *The Service Plan covers the routine servicing of your vehicle and availability of this offer ends when the vehicle is 1 year old from registration date or has completed 10,000 miles (whichever comes first). Services must be carried out in line with the manufacturer’s minimum maintenance programme requirements and servicing intervals within +/- 1 month or 1,000 miles of the service interval and can only be carried out at a Dacia Approved Outlet. Services will also include a Vehicle Health Check. Servicing does not include wear and tear parts including but not limited to brakes, tyres and wiper blades. Contact us for full terms and conditions.
