*Terms and Conditions for the Lookers Ford Standard Installation Electric Charger Offer

1. Promoter

The promoter of this offer is EVEC Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Promoter").

2. Offer Details

This offer applies to the installation of the EVEC VEC01 (socketed version)
electric vehicle charger. Customers wishing to upgrade to a charger with a tethered lead can do so for an additional charge of £100.

3. Eligibility

3.1. This offer is available to UK Mainland customers only.

3.2. Non-UK Mainland customers may be eligible for the offer but may incur additional costs. The Promoter will provide an estimate of these costs upon request.

4. Installation Timeframe

4.1. Installations are typically carried out within 2 to 4 weeks from the date the customer completes the survey provided by the Promoter.

4.2. The timeframe may be subject to delays caused by circumstances outside the Promoter's control, including but not limited to adverse weather, supply chain issues, or customer availability.

5. Survey Completion

5.1. Customers must complete the required survey to confirm their installation eligibility and ensure the suitability of the property for the charger.

5.2. Failure to complete the survey promptly may result in delays or cancellation of the installation.

6. Additional Costs

6.1. The offer covers standard installation only.

6.2. Any additional installation requirements outside of standard practices (e.g., extensive cabling, bespoke mounting, or non-standard electrical adjustments) may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to the customer before installation.

6.3. Non-UK Mainland installations may incur higher costs due to travel and logistical expenses.

7. Payment

7.1. The additional fee of £100 for upgrading to a tethered lead charger must be paid in full before the installation is scheduled.

7.2. Payment for any additional costs identified post-survey must also be made before installation.

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1. Customers may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled installation date without incurring penalties.

8.2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled installation may be subject to a cancellation fee.

9. Warranty and Liability

9.1. The EVEC VEC01 charger is covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty.

9.2. The Promoter is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third parties, including electricity providers or grid connections.

10. Amendments

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance where applicable.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in this offer, customers agree to these terms and conditions.

Personal Contract Hire - Terms & Conditions

Contract hire agreement. You will never own the vehicle. Credit hire is subject to status. Excess mileage will be charged. Manufacturer’s servicing and maintenance requirements to be fully met. Vehicle condition subject to fair wear and tear. When returned, vehicle condition, excess mileage and missed servicing/maintenance charges may apply. Offer may be varied, withdrawn or extended at any time.
