I’m afraid all the negative reviews about the service department seem to be true. I won’t list all the detail here as I’ve escalated my complaint more formally. I’d strongly recommend you use a different branch though!

Shockingly poor service, been trying for months to contact them regarding a service plan, phone calls, web forms, emails and even the customer complaints form have all failed to get a response. It’s almost impressive how poor the customer service is here.

Sell and service Volvo cars. Very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable staff and good service. Only downside is having to leave car all day, but there are plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance so can keep yourself occupied whilst they have your car.
