Lease agreement only and you will not own the vehicle at any time throughout the agreement. Agreement terms available for 24 to 60 months. Term can only be varied by sale of vehicle and settlement of outstanding sums and any credit balance paid to the customer.

Monthly lease rental payments will vary depending on initial advance rental, term of lease and any balloon payment (a final lump sum payable at the end of the lease term which reduces the monthly lease payments payable) agreed. At the end of the agreement term where a balloon payment has been agreed you must pay this balloon payment.

At the end of the agreement term your options will be:

1. Sell the vehicle to another party (including yourself) on behalf of the finance company providing Ford Lease*. The finance company* will pay any credit sales proceeds balance to you after deducting any balloon payment and any other legitimate fees associated with the vehicle sale. If the sale price is insufficient to settle the balloon payment in full you will remain liable for the balance outstanding: or

2. Agree a part exchange price with your Ford dealer who will purchase the vehicle from the finance company* and settle any outstanding sums due. If the exchange price is insufficient to settle the balloon payment in full you will remain liable to settle the balance outstanding: or

3. Settle any balloon payment and retain use of the vehicle on a continuing annual basis in exchange for a nominal payment, currently £100 per annum plus VAT, payable in advance, until such time as you exercise option 1 or 2 above, or expiry of 120 months from the initial date of the agreement at which point the vehicle must be returned to the finance company*.

You will be responsible for all maintenance, servicing and upkeep costs associated with vehicle including insurance and warranties.
