What happens if I change my car?
No problem, your service plan benefits stay with you and your existing service fund will be re-assigned for your new vehicle regardless of make or model. Depending on the new vehicle and any changes to your mileage etc. your monthly payments may need to be recalculated to allow for changes.
What will happen if I need to cancel my Service Plan membership?
You can cancel your service plan membership at any time. The balance of any funds within your account will be refunded back to you.
What will happen if I move away from the area?
Lookers plc operates businesses throughout the UK, all of which run the service plan, so your membership will be transferable. We can service any make and model at any dealerships.
Could I have another car within my plan membership?
Yes, you can have as many cars as you wish within your membership, the plan is flexible to meet all of your motoring needs.
Can I pay more into my Service Plan membership to cover more than the cost of my servicing?
Yes, your service plan is totally flexible in order to cover unforeseen expenditure, with choice and payments being in your control.
For how long will my servicing prices be fixed for?
The service plan prices will be fixed for at least two years from the point you set up your plan.
Can a relative use my Service Plan Membership?
Yes, however we would require written authorisation, your plan number and the registration of your vehicle; they would be spending your fund.

If I give my car to a family member, can they take over the membership?
The service plan is designated to the member and not the car. However we can open up a separate service plan membership for any family member.
If I complete high mileage and require more than one service a year, will both be covered?
Yes, if you recognise a period where your mileage will increase we can adjust your monthly payments to compensate.
If I pay up front, sell my car and have no use for the membership, will I receive a refund?
Yes, your current fund balance will be re-paid back to you in full or it can be transferred to another vehicle.
Can I take a payment holiday if I am unable to drive through illness?
Yes, this can be taken at any time as the service plan is totally flexible.
If I miss a scheduled service, will I still be covered by the membership?
Yes, the funds continue to grow to cover any missed service which can be taken in the future, we will send you reminders to keep you informed of servicing requirements.
I currently have a manufacturer service plan; can I join Lookers Service Plan?
At the end of your manufacturer service plan we can convert it to a Lookers Service Plan where you can enjoy all the added benefits.
