Lookers Ford Gateshead and Lookers Ford Leeds have been recognised with prestigious accolade
Two Lookers dealerships have been honoured with a prestigious Ford President’s Award in recognition of their exceptional customer experience and functional expertise.
Lookers Ford Gateshead and Lookers Ford Leeds have received the sought-after accolade, with judges ranking dealerships on areas including surpassing sales goals, high levels of customer satisfaction and overall experience.
Lookers Ford Leeds also won the award in 2022.

The sought-after Ford President’s Award, is designed to recognise the dealers in Europe who distinguish themselves for consistently providing customers with an outstanding experience.
The 2023 contest was based on a range of metrics measuring the delivery of exceptional customer experience and functional expertise, including Follow Up After Delivery and Service as well as Concern Resolution.
