By far the best dealership in respect of customer service, communication and professionalism. A big shout out and a thankyou to Frances our customer service advisor who looked after us and kept us up to date which always helps. Nothing was ever a problem. We had the most amazing experience here. We’ve been using them for years but recently needed to upgrade to a bigger car. Naeem looked after us so well and found the perfect car that met our requirements. We can’t fault his customer service and he regularly kept us updated throughout the process and it was all really quick and efficient. He was also really friendly and engaging and answered all questions we had with ease. On a separate note - I am a new mum with a newborn and on a couple of occasions during the appointments I had to change/feed my baby. I was always offered a private place to do this away from other customers where I felt comfortable. I really appreciated looking out for my needs and thought it was a really inclusive environment. My baby also loved the Audi teddy bear she received at the end!

I wanted to pass on my gratitude and thanks to Andy Cowley and his service team at Mercedes Stoke. I've known Andy for a very short period of time and his mannerism, tone and desire to help is very impressive, the relationship felt like he had been maintaining our cars for years. Our car was in for repair and his team worked tirelessly to obtain a fault in our vehicle. Fingers crossed its now sorted. Front of house could be a little more welcoming and warm.
