Absolutely terrible sales experience from Lookers Volkswagen Blackburn. I informed them that I want to reject the vehicle I purchased from them because it has developed multiple faults. They have already had to cover one repair shortly after I bought the car, and now there are further issues with the vehicle. Since raising this with them, trying to get any sort of response has been incredibly frustrating. I have sent numerous emails with little to no response and have phoned multiple times, only to be told someone will call me back — yet the calls never come. It genuinely feels like once they have taken your money, they no longer want to know when there is a problem with the vehicle. I should not have to constantly chase a main Volkswagen dealership just to get a response about serious concerns with a car I have only owned for a few months. The lack of communication and customer care has been extremely disappointing. I expected far better from a dealership of this size and from the Volkswagen network. I am still waiting for someone to properly address my vehicle rejection request instead of being ignored or passed around. Based on my experience so far, I would seriously think twice before buying a vehicle from Lookers Volkswagen Blackburn.

Alex was most helpful. Spoke to James next and met him in Boucher Road. James was very patient helpful knowledgable and understanding.
