I bought a car of Jamie at lookers Skoda stock port and he was amazing from start to finish. A year later my car needed a service so went to my local Skoda in reading. Marshals Skoda. There customer service wasn’t great but also told me I had to pay for a major service and I knew I didn’t because with my contract it states major service. I called Jamie were I got the car from and wow. A year on he helped and he took the time to sort the difficult situation I had. Don’t use marshals reading. Thanks Jamie appreciate your time and effort

A lot of people walking about doing nothing. Service dept staff not very pleasant except one that looked after me. Hard to get parked, very hard. If you dont want to be there, find another job. As someone who worked in the sales industry the Customer facing training needs looked at.

Update my refund has not been refunded and it's been around 6 weeks now this is appalling. I called in today for an update and nobody called me back. I see other people also having issues with refunds. If this doesn't get resolved soon I will have no choice but to request a chargeback from the bank. I have been very patience with you guys but the lack of transparency and updates is very unprofessional. I will update this rating onces somebody calls me to let me know what is happening with my refund. But in the meantime I will be contacting my bank about this fraud. Please be careful when putting down a deposit here. *************************************** Excellent Service from Oliver Turrell I would like to personally thank Oliver Turrell at Mercedes-Benz of Ashford for his exceptional assistance. I had been waiting for a deposit refund for around four weeks after initially dealing with another salesperson, Sarah. Unfortunately, despite my follow-ups, the matter remained unresolved. Oliver was the only person who took the initiative to properly look into the situation and take ownership of getting it resolved. From the moment he became involved, he was proactive, responsive and genuinely interested in helping me rather than simply passing the issue on to someone else. What impressed me most was that this wasn't originally Oliver's issue to deal with, yet he still took responsibility and made sure something was actually done. His communication throughout was excellent, and he kept me informed rather than leaving me to continually chase for updates. After weeks of frustration, Oliver made a significant difference to my experience with Mercedes-Benz of Ashford. Oliver is a real credit to the dealership and an excellent example of what good customer service should look like. Thank you again, Oliver — your help was genuinely appreciated.
