I ordered a towing eye for a Fabia. It wasn't in stock and I needed it urgently. They got it in stock the following day. That was great! It was very expensive though - £53.16. You can non - Skoda towing eyes online for around £10.

I collected my new VW Polo on 25th Sep from Teesside and since then had issues with a tyre deflating (over a 2 week period) One call to Northallerton and Lisa arranged for my car to be looked at and repaired the same day. Thank you very much Lisa and the service team. Excellent customer service and so pleasant to deal with. Would recommend to anyone 😊

This morning, Monday, our car was booked in for an air conditioning service which I had booked several weeks ago by telephone. Skoda had confirmed this by email and I duly completed the sign in process online. When we arrived at the garage and reported to the service desk we were being dealt with by one gentleman when someone from the next desk interrupted to tell us it had been cancelled and that he had left a voicemail message on my phone on Saturday morning. The manner in which this information was given to us left much to be desired and I don't recall hearing any apology. This was a wasted hour of our time involving a 28 mile round trip for absolutely nothing.Very disappointing.

I bought a VW Golf from Lookers in Blackburn in early August 2026. I spoke to Jack several times on the phone before driving up to Black from London. I put a deposit down & Lookers secured the car for me. The car was a wonderful purchase and I love it. They valeted it & it was spotless. Staff were polite & courteous to me and I ended up buying 2 years of service and MOT. I also extended my warranty for 2 years. I now have a lovely Golf plus peace of mind. Thanks to Jack and the management at Lookers of ‘Looking’ after me.

Nas Shah was extremely helpful throughout the process of purchasing the new vehicle and arranging the part exchange of our vehicle old vehicle, kept us fully informed and was generally a really nice guy who was a pleasure to deal with. Nas took a lot of pride in the vehicle he was selling and when some paintwork defects were identified by him during the pre delivery inspection, he is making the necessary arrangements to get them corrected, something that could quite easily have been dismissed by other garages. Al in all a great service from start to finish. Thank you Nas!
