Visited Showroom and Shaun Elliott was my salesman very polite put you at ease. I test drived a car. Shaun was very kind to drive ot to Newburn till i got used to it. Drove lovely. I mentioned their was one or two small issues. 1 issue was engine. I had seen two 73 plates elsewhere their engines were brand new. This car 23 plate engine dirty. Manager was a bit unhappy when i wanted to talk about it. Not forthcoming. 2. Wipers were catching windscreen. No one noticed the advisories on the MOT even though it passed first time. This is not Shauns fault. Manager had some words with Shaun about a problem. Few words of advice if someone has a phobia about something dont force them to do the job. The VW did give me a good valuation for my car as trade in. But what let the deal down was that they wanted the money within 48 hours as they want a fast turnover and car off the forecourt as quick as possible. Does not give you time to get someone independent to check the car over. Not Shauns faul. He has a good sales technique very polite and very relaxing to be around. Also did the other guy who sat in Shauns chair we had a good laugh. I would say all the sales people who work their are nice and friendly.

My wife Jacqui and I were due to change car recently and decided to go all electric. We test drove several options but finally settled on the KIA EV3. As a motability customer the salesman allocated was Brendan who proved to be very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we understood his answers to our queries. Nothing was too much for him and once the order was placed he kept us informed as to when the vehicle would be ready for collection. Having had the car now for a couple of weeks we are very happy with the purchase and would recommend the salesman and the car to any one in a similar position
