A bit late of a review I waked into Mercedes Benz Shrewsbury on Sunday a few weeks ago to look at swapping my A45s for CLE53 and the experience I got was slightly shocking for a supposed ‘premium’ brand. It was about 1pm and all sales executives where busy in all fairness so walked around the showroom for half and hour to an hour by this point a few sales executives had finished with the customers at they where with at the time was acknowledged by a few sales executives who could clearly see I was looking at cars multiple times didn’t bother in engaging at all even the sales manager had noticed me walking around did nothing about it. the worst thing is 5 other customers walked in after me and where all acknowledged and sitting down at a sales executives desk shocking so walked out when to the bmw dealer and brought an M2 instead.

I purchased a secondhand yaris hybrid from here. On my purchase i was given the option of smart insurance for minor damage. I have to say I didn't think I'd need to use it as never had damage of any sort to my previous car's but I'd now say best thing iv ever bought as unfortunately had a few minor dings from unknown origins when left parked. All damage was fixed as good as new in approximately less than 2 weeks. Great job and service and friendly staff 👏 I will definitely look here again for my next car new or used.

Absolutely terrible after-sales service from Land Rover. They are very quick to push you into purchasing a vehicle, but once they have your money, the level of support seems to disappear. I was then told they do not have enough capacity to schedule my vehicle for service because they are fully booked and have no room. How can a premium brand aggressively sell vehicles while apparently not having sufficient service capacity to look after the customers who already bought them? Buying a Land Rover is not a small purchase. Customers reasonably expect proper after-sales support, servicing, and assistance when needed. Instead, my experience has been frustration, delays, and the feeling that making the sale is more important than looking after the customer afterwards. If your service department cannot cope with the number of vehicles you are selling, perhaps stop pushing so hard for new sales until you can properly support your existing customers. Extremely disappointing experience and certainly not the premium customer service I expected from Land Rover. Based on my experience, I would think very carefully before purchasing another vehicle from them. LAST LAND ROVER.
