A special mention has to go to Miahd, who was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and approachable throughout the whole process. There was absolutely no pressure or hard selling, which made the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Miahd was also very responsive to emails and always happy to answer any questions I had. I genuinely feel that the level of customer service will continue beyond the purchase and that I’ll be able to contact him for help or advice if I need it in the future. Overall, I’m really pleased with my experience at CUPRA Stockport and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. We drove 3 hours round trip (1.5 hours each way) to view a Volkswagen Tayron that was advertised online at £31,214. When my husband arrived, the salesperson told him the advertised price was "incorrect" and the actual price was £33,537, over £2,300 more than what was listed. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch, and it's a very poor way to treat customers who have made the effort to travel to see a specific car at a specific advertised price. If a listing price is wrong, that's the dealership's error to fix, not something the customer should discover after wasting half a day and the fuel to get there. The car itself seemed fine, but this kind of pricing tactic, and the casual way it was handled, has completely put us off buying from this dealership. Very disappointed!

Audi E-tron motor issue I brought my Audi E-tron to Audi Centre Sandyford with a motor issue, and Brian looked after everything from start to finish. He was very professional, helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process, from checking the car to completing the repair. No replacement vehicle was provided for the two weeks, so I had to manage during that period by renting a vehicle at my own expense Really happy with the service from Brian and the team.
